We will delve into the specific topics of selecting pay data sources, mapping jobs to salary surveys, collecting and analyzing survey data, building salary structures, slotting jobs into salary structures and evaluating the market study results.
This class will cover various topics on pay administration and salary planning. We will discuss different ideas and ways to communicate and implement your compensation plan, address various topics on managing pay within your organization and provide instruction on salary planning, merit plan design and implementation.
This class will cover the market pricing of cash compensation for sales and executive jobs, provide an overview of short-term and long-term incentive programs (STI & LTI) and how they can add strategic impact to your total rewards program, and discuss approaches and strategies for enhancing your ability to better compete for, and retain desired talent.
