Depending on how the project is scoped or what flexibility is needed, we will discuss a proposal with pricing that reflects our experience but is thoughtful to your budget. Upon proposal approval, we begin our partnership with a discovery session with project team members to gather key information. Throughout the project, we work hard to create high value for you by sharing information, additional resources and assets that you might leverage because we believe in investing in you. After we develop recommended solutions and make decisions as a team, we then position you to gain buy-in from your stakeholders and leaders. And finally, we can support you with implementation and training, if those services are needed.
Training Classes
We have created a unique set of half-day training classes focused on educating HR leaders and organizations on the practical application of sound compensation skills, principles and practices. Each class includes instruction from our compensation experts, presentation materials, as well as program implementation tips, tools and templates to ease your way and add additional value beyond the learning opportunity. The three classes currently offered address the most commonly requested subjects, but we can create customized training for you on other topics as well.
Competitive Market Analysis and Cash Compensation Plans
This class will address how to conduct a competitive market pay analysis and build a cash compensation plan. We will delve into the specific topics of selecting pay data sources, mapping jobs to salary surveys, collecting and analyzing survey data, building salary structures, slotting jobs into salary structures and evaluating the market study results.
Pay Administration and Salary Planning
This class will cover various topics on pay administration and salary planning. We will discuss different ideas and ways to communicate and implement your compensation plan, address various topics on managing pay within your organization and provide instruction on salary planning, merit plan design and implementation.
Advanced Market Pricing and Total Rewards Strategy
This class will cover the market pricing of cash compensation for sales and executive jobs, provide an overview of short-term and long-term incentive programs (STI & LTI) and how they can add strategic impact to your total rewards program, and discuss approaches and strategies for enhancing your ability to better compete for, and retain desired talent.
